GB Road is one of the largest red-light districts in the country. More than 1,000 sex workers live in GB Road. There are two or three storey buildings on either side of the road, with shops on the ground floor and brothels on the first floor.
GB Road is a red light area of Delhi which is located in the heart of Delhi near New Delhi Railway Station. Earlier the name of GB Road was Garstin Bastin Road, but in the year 1965 this name has been changed to Swami Shraddhanand Marg. The area between Ajmeri Gate to Lahori Gate near New Delhi Railway Station is called GB Road.
